Winter Wonders, the most extraordinary flower show in the BeNeLux
Looking back on the past year, we can confidently say that Winter Wonders was undoubtedly the most extraordinary flower show to grace the Low Countries (Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxembourg). Organized by the Dutch florist association VBW in the majestic “Grote of Lebuinuskerk”- a stunning Gothic Hall church in Deventer (NL) - the event drew more than 450 florists from all over.
Visitors were treated to a dazzling showcase of winter floristry: lavishly decorated tablescapes, enchanting Christmas designs, and breathtaking wedding creations for both bride and groom. Guests also enjoyed fantastic demonstrations by Franka Roenhorst, Melissa Smedes, and Stefan Van Berlo, with a special appearance by European Champion and floral icon Hanneke Frankema.

All participating florist designers worked with OASIS® BIO Floral Foam—a sustainable range that already includes more than 45 items—or with OASIS® TerraBrick® Floral Media, a compostable floral solution certified OK compost HOME and OK compost INDUSTRIAL by TÜV Austria, a globally recognized third-party certifying body.
Visitors also had the chance to admire all the entries for the VBW Flowercup. Congratulations to the winner Anniek Siegers.
